基于PIE平台的卫星遥感金融风控系统应用研究

摘要 在数字经济背景下,利用卫星遥感周期性、覆盖面积大、获取速度快、精度高等优势,探索卫星遥感与金融风控业务结合,基于国产自主可控的PIE遥感系列平台,通过大数据、图像分析、智能识别等技术,实现风控数据与空间信息深度融合,建立一套卫星遥感金融风控系统,满足数据接入、治理、管理、查询、展示和监测分析等需求,释放空间信息数据的创新活力,赋能银行、证券、期货、保险等金融用户,经过探索,系统运行流畅,精度高且稳定性强,对金融风控系统构建及应用具有借鉴指导意义,为金融风控数字化转型升级提供新动能。 In the context of the digital economy,taking advantage of satellite remote sensing such as periodicity,large coverage,fast acquisition speed and high accuracy,explore the combination of satellite remote sensing and financial risk control business.Based on the domestic independent and controllable PIE remote sensing series platform,through big data,image analysis,intelligent identification and other cutting-edge technologies,realize the deep integration of risk control data and spatial information,and establish a set of satellite remote sensing financial risk control system to meet data access,data governance,resource management,information query,statistical display,monitoring and analysis and other needs,unleash the innovative vitality of spatial information data,enable users of financial institutions such as banks,securities,futures,insurance,etc.After testing,the system runs smoothly,with high accuracy and stability,which has reference and guidance significance for the construction and application of financial risk control system,and provides new momentum for the digital transformation and upgrading of financial risk control.
