摘要
本文以天津某建筑材料行业公司的合规管理体系建设项目为案例,总结该公司构建合规管理体系的路径与经验,并对标首批北京市管国有企业合规管理先进经验,通过全面系统梳理该公司的合规义务,识别其在经营管理中面临的合规风险,通过不断完善合规管理制度体系,实现了“强内控、防风险、促合规”的目标。实践表明,通过合规管理体系建设,该公司增强了全体员工的合规经营意识,提升了全面风险管理能力,增强了企业竞争的软实力,为企业持续健康和高质量发展打下了坚实的基础。
This paper examines the construction of a compliance management system for a building materials industry company in Tianjin as a case study.It summarizes the company's approach and experience in establishing the compliance management system,and compares it with the advanced experiences of compliance management in state-owned enterprises in Beijing.By comprehensively and systematically identifying the company's compliance obligations and operational risks,the compliance management system is continuously improved to achieve the goal of"strong internal control,risk prevention,and promotion of compliance".The practice demonstrates that through the establishment of a compliance management system,the company has enhanced employees'awareness of compliance operations,strengthened its comprehensive risk management capabilities,improved its soft power for enterprise competition,and laid a solid foundation for sustainable,healthy,and high-quality development.
