摘要 本文构建了一种新型不完全填充微通道结构。通过开展数值研究,结果表明:以PEC评价时,Re数为800~1200时不完全填充顺排肋片的微通道综合性能最优;以场协同数Fc评价时,完全填充错排肋片的微通道最优,完全填充错排肋片的微通道不可逆程度最小。两种评价标准中换热能力和流阻所占权重的不同造成评价结果有所差异。此外,研究了肋片高度对不完全填充顺排肋片微通道流动与传热特性的影响,以PEC评价时Re数为400~600时最优高度为0.325 mm,Re数为800~1200时最优高度为0.225 mm;以Fc评价时所研究的各Re数下肋高为0.45 mm的微通道最优。 A novel configuration of microchannel incompletely filled with ribs is proposed in this paper.Numerical simulation investigation are conducted and the results indicate that for Re=800~1200,the overall performance of the microchannel incompletely filled with aligned ribs is the best of all the configurations investigated when evaluated with PEC(Performance Evaluation Criteria),while the overall performance of the microchannel completely filled with staggered ribs is the best when evaluated with field synergy number Fc.The irreversibility is lowest for the microchannel completely filled with staggered ribs.This deviation is due to the different weights of flow and heat transfer performance for these two criteria.Moreover,the effect of rib height on flow and heat transfer characteristics in the microchannel incompletely filled with aligned ribs is analyzed.When evaluated with PEC,the optimal rib height is 0.325 mm for Re=400~600,and the optimal rib height is0.225 mm for Re=800~1200.When evaluated with Fc,the optimal rib height is 0.45 mm for all the Re investigated.
