绿色建造在学校建筑中的探索与实施

Exploration and Implementation of Green Construction in School Buildings

摘要 近年来国家相继提出了“双碳”目标、“推动经济高质量发展”等政策,在此背景下,对于建筑领域,许多国家提出了绿色建筑的理念寻求建筑与自然的和谐,实现高效率地利用资源,最低限度地影响环境。绿色建造并非专指某一类建筑风格,而是贯穿建筑全寿命周期的一种理念,是建筑业对人类面临的环境问题所作的回应,是对可持续发展理论深入思考的结果。在我国大力推进“绿色建筑行动方案”之际,研究探索绿色建造在学校建筑中的应用具有重要意义。首先,本文探讨了发展绿色建筑的形势所迫、阐述了绿色学校成为学校建筑发展趋势的肇因、介绍了绿色学校内涵的演进过程以及现阶段学校建筑实践中存在的问题;其次,本文以石碑中学EPC项目作为高星级绿色建造学校建筑实施的典型案例,依次介绍了项目的概况、设计理念、技术亮点及实施效果;最后,指出学校建筑有别于一般建筑,应考虑其园区系统性与用能季节性。 In recent years,countries have successively proposed policies such as"dual carbon"goals and"promoting high-quality economic development".In this context,many countries have proposed the concept of green buildings in the construction field,seeking harmony between architecture and nature,achieving efficient use of resources,and minimizing environmental impact.Green construction does not specifically refer to a certain type of architectural style,but is a concept that runs through the entire life cycle of buildings.It is the response of the construction industry to the environmental problems faced by humanity and the result of in-depth thinking on sustainable development theory.As China vigorously promotes the"Green Building Action Plan",it is of great significance to study and explore the application of green building in school buildings.Firstly,this article explores the situation of developing green buildings,explains the reasons why green schools have become a trend in school building development,introduces the evolution process of the connotation of green schools,and discusses the problems that exist in current school building practices:Secondly,this article takes the EPC project of Shibei Middle School as a typical case of the implementation of high star green construction school buildings,and sequentially introduces the project's overview,design concept,technical highlights,and implementation effects:Finally,it is pointed out that school buildings are differentfrom general buildings and should consider their park system and seasonal energy consumption.
