摘要
绿色建造可有效促进建筑全产业链深度融合,显著减少建筑全寿命周期碳排放量,因此,建筑领域亟需从绿色建造角度发力,推动建筑全产业链减排降碳工作。绿色设计是绿色建造的决定性环节,建材选择是绿色建造重中之重,建造方式“绿色化、智慧化、工业化”升级也是推进绿色建造的重要实施路径。本文以从被动式节能技术、主动式节能技术、可再生能源应用、建材选择低碳化、施工过程绿色化、技术手段智能化等方面阐述夏热冬暖地区绿色建造技术。
Green construction can effectively promote the deep integration of the entire construction industry chain,significantly reduce carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle of buildings.Therefore,the construction industry urgently needs to make efforts from the perspective of green construction to promote carbon emission reduction throughout the entire construction industry chain.Green design is a decisive link in green construction,and the selection of building materials is of utmost importance.Upgrading the construction methods to be green,intelligent,and industrialized is also an important implementation path for promoting green construction.This article elaborates on green construction technology in hot summer and warm winter areas from the perspectives of passive energy-saving technology,active energy-saving technology.application of renewable energy,low-carbon selection of building materials,green construction process,and intelligent technical means.
