BIM+绿色施工技术在高层住宅建筑群中的应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM+Green Construction Technology in High-rise Residential Buildings

摘要 本文以高层住宅建筑群工程为案例,结合现代绿色施工技术+BIM技术,落实好高层住宅建筑工程项目前期准备工作,以BIM+绿色施工技术加强做好工程施工阶段质量管理作业以及施工作业。本次研究结果表明,利用BIM+绿色施工技术可提升高层住宅建筑群施工质量与施工效率,减少建筑单位施工周期以及施工成本,为我国高层建筑群绿色施工更多参考意见。 This article takes the high-rise residential building complex project as a case study,combined with modern green construction technology and BIM technology,to implement the pre construction preparation work of high-rise residential building projects,and to strengthen the quality management and construction operations during the construction phase with BIM+green construction technology.The results of this study indicate that the use of BIM+green construction technology can improve the construction quality and efficiency of high-rise residential buildings,reduce the construction period and cost of building units,and provide more reference opinions for green construction of high-rise buildings in China.
