使用人脸识别及高精度人员定位技术提升管廊综合管理水平的技术方案

Technical Solution for Improving the Comprehensive Management Level of Pipe Galleries using Facial Recognition and High-precision Personnel Positioning Technology

摘要 为了提高城市综合管廊运维管理水平及运维工作智慧化程度,使用人脸识别技术、高精度人员定位技术及无线通讯全覆盖技术,对管廊内运维人员行动路线进行预先规划、实时监控、历史回放。方案研究了城市综合管廊运维特点,采用人脸识别技术、高精度定位技术及无线通讯全覆盖等技术手段解决运维中存在的实际问题。经过实际应用,达到了使用人脸识别技术对所有入廊人员分时分类管理,在源头杜绝了无授权人员非法进入管廊的情况;实时精准定位管廊内运维人员的位置行动轨迹;对入廊人员位置、操作等全程实时监控,使用无线通讯全覆盖技术保证运维工作全程信息传输和语音图像通讯,提升管廊运维智能化水平。 In order to improve the level of operation and maintenance management and the intelligence of operation and maintenance work in urban comprehensive pipe galleries,facial recognition technology,high-precision personnel positioning technology,and wireless communication full coverage technology are used to pre plan,monitor,and replay the movement routes of operation and maintenance personnel inside the pipe gallery in real time.The plan studied the operation and maintenance characteristics of urban comprehensive pipe galleries,and used facial recognition technology,high-precision positioning technology,and wireless communication full coverage technology to solve practical problems in operation and maintenance.After practical application,facial recognition technology has been used to classify and manage all personnel entering the corridor in a timely manner,eliminating the situation of unauthorized personnel illegally entering the corridor at the source;Real time precise positioning of the position and movement trajectory of maintenance personnel in the pipe gallery:Real time monitoring of the position and operation of personnel entering the corridor,using wireless communication full coverage technology to ensure full information transmission and voice and image communication throughout the operation and maintenance work,and improvingtheintelligencelevel ofpipelinemaintenance.
