单孔胸腔镜行肺叶切除术对非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果评价

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Single-port Thoracoscopic Lobectomy on Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探究非小细胞肺癌采用单孔胸腔镜行肺叶切除术的治疗效果。方法随机选取2021年1月-2023年8月丹阳市人民医院收治的110例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分组,其中观察组(55例)行单孔胸腔镜行肺叶切除术,对照组(55例)行三孔胸腔镜行肺叶切除术,对两组手术指标、术后疼痛评分和并发症情况进行分析。结果观察组胸管总引流量少于对照组,胸管拔除时间和术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组淋巴结清扫数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后疼痛评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率(7.27%)低于对照组(21.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.680,P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌以胸腔镜行肺叶切除术治疗时,选择单孔操作术式可减轻创伤和术后疼痛程度,减少手术并发症,缩短康复时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy on non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 110 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Danyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(55 cases)underwent single-port thoracoscopy for lobectomy,while the control group(55 cases)underwent three port thoracoscopy for lobectomy.The surgical indexes,postoperative pain scores,and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total chest tube drainage volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the chest tube removal time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).total The incidence of complications in the observation group(7.27%)was lower than that in the control group(21.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.680,P<0.05).Conclusion When non-small cell lung cancer is treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy,the choice of single-port operation can reduce the degree of trauma and postoperative pain,reduce surgical complications and shorten the recovery time.
