中医康复护理介入早期缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in the Rehabilitation of Hemiplegic Patients with Early Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨中医康复护理介入早期缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果研究。方法方便选择2019年11月-2022年12月上海市浦东新区老年医院治疗的106例缺血性脑卒中伴有肢体功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(54例)、对照组(52例)。对照组进行常规康复,观察组在常规康复的基础上给予中医护理康复。比较两组运动功能评分、Barthel指数评分、护理满意度及康复功能锻炼依从性。结果干预后,观察组的运动功能评分(86.47±4.57)分高于对照组(81.36±3.96)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.159,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组Barthel指数评分、护理满意度及康复功能锻炼依从性各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中后伴有肢体活动功能障碍患者选择使用中医特色技术进行针对性的综合康复护理干预后,健康情况发生显著转归,临床效果相对更加满意。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention in hemiplegic patients with early ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 106 patients with ischemic stroke accompanied by limb dys-function treated in Shanghai Pudong New Area Geriatric Hospital from November 2019 to December 2022 were conve-niently selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to drawing lots.The control group received routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing rehabilitation on the basis of routine rehabilitation.Motor function score,Barthel index score,nursing satisfaction and compliance of rehabilitation function exercise were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the motor function score of the observation group(86.47±4.57)points was higher than that of the control group(81.36±3.96)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.159,P<0.05).After nursing,Barthel index score,nursing satisfaction and compliance of rehabilitation function exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion After ischemic stroke patients with limb movement dysfunction choose to use traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology for targeted comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention,the health condition has a significant improvement,and the clinical effect is relatively more satisfactory.
