腹腔镜手术治疗急腹症的临床有效性评估分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Clinical Effectiveness of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Acute Abdomen

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗方案在急腹症患者临床治疗中的效果。方法 单纯随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月诸城市中医医院的150例急腹症患者为研究对象,遵循单双号分组原则,平均分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组使用常规开腹手术治疗,观察组使用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组临床总疗效(97.33%)高于对照组(88.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各血清炎症因子指标、临床指标、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对急腹症患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗,可以显著提升其临床疗效,减少并发症发生概率,同时可以更好地调节各项炎症因子指标,有助于缩短手术及住院时间,提高康复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the clinical treatment of acute abdomen patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute abdomen in Zhucheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and were evenly divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even number grouping principle,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 97.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of serum inflammatory factors,clinical indicators and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with acute abdomen can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the probability of complications,and better regulate various inflammatory factors.It helps shorten the time of surgery and hospitalization and improves the recovery effect.
