循证护理在产后出血急救护理的操作及效果分析

Operation and Effect Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in Emergency Care of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的 分析将循证护理应用于产后出血急救护理时的护理效果。方法 回顾性选取2022年2月—2023年10月聊城市第二人民医院收治的80例产后出血患者的临床资料,依据入院先后顺序分为观察组与对比组,各40例。观察组予以循证护理干预,对比组予以常规护理干预,对比两组产妇的出血量、并发症发生率、心理状态、血压心率指标情况。结果 观察组24 h出血量为(82.62±5.97)mL,少于对比组的(113.87±10.68)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=16.153,P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对比组,且观察组心理状态恢复效果更好、血压心率指标恢复效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 循证护理措施能够降低产妇产后出血量及并发症发生率,降低不良心理影响,促进血压心率指标的恢复。

Objective To analyze the nursing effects of applying evidence-based nursing in emergency care for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Retrospective selection was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from February 2022 to October 2023.According to the order of admission,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received evidence-based nursing interventions,while the comparison group received conventional nursing intervention.The hemorrhage,complication rate,psychological state,blood pressure and heart rate indexes of the two groups were evaluated.Results The 24 hour bleeding volume of the observation group was(82.62±5.97)mL,which was lower than the control group's(113.87±10.68)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.153,P<0.001).The total complications rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the observation group had better psychological state and better recovery of blood pressure and heart rate indexs,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing measures can reduce the amount of maternal postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications,reduce the adverse psychological impact to promote the recovery of blood pressure and heart rate indicators.
