细节化护理在支气管肺炎患儿雾化治疗中的应用效果及对患儿依从性、治疗效果及情绪状态的影响

Application effect of detailed nursing in atomization treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia and its influences on children's compliance,treatment effect and emotional state

目的 观察细节化护理在支气管肺炎患儿雾化治疗中的应用效果及对患儿依从性、治疗效果及情绪状态的影响。方法 选取我院2020年1月至2021年6月收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,按入院号奇偶数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。雾化治疗期间,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施细节化护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的护理总依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽、气喘、发热、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)及最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的改良面部表情评分法(FLACC)、儿童医疗恐惧量表(CFMS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 细节化护理应用于支气管肺炎患儿雾化治疗中可提高患儿依从性,促进临床症状、肺功能的改善,还可改善患儿雾化治疗中的情绪状态,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of detailed nursing in atomization treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia and its influences on children's compliance,treatment effect and emotional state.Methods A total of 86 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even number table method of admission number,with 43 cases in each group.During the atomization treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detailed nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,asthma,fever,pulmonary rales and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF)of the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Modified Faces,Legs,Activity,Cry and Consolability Scale(FLACC)and Child Medical Fear Scale(CFMS)scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing applied in the atomization treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia can improve the compliance of children,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and lung function,and improve the emotional state of children in the atomization treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
