童趣性健康教育对小儿弱视治疗效果的影响

Influence of child interest health education on therapeutic effect of children with amblyopia

目的 探讨童趣性健康教育对小儿弱视治疗效果的影响。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年5月我院收治的120例弱视患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用常规健康教育,研究组采用童趣性健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后6个月,研究组的视力、屈光度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的干预总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的训练、遮盖、用眼习惯和认知依从性均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属的监督检查、按要求复查、学习、认知依从性均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 童趣性健康教育应用于弱视患儿中的效果显著,可促进视力恢复,提高患儿及家属的治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the influence of child interest health education on therapeutic effect of children with amblyopia.Methods A total of 120 children with amblyopia admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used the conventional health education,the study group used the child interest health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 6 months after intervention,the vision and diopter of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of training,covering,eye habits and cognitive of the children in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of supervision and examination,review as required,learning and cognitive of the family members of children in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The child interest health education applied in children with amblyopia has remarkable effect,which can promote vision recovery and improve the treatment compliance of children and parents.
