尿毒症性周围神经病诊疗进展

Progress in diagnosis and treatment of uremic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 尿毒症性周围神经病(UPN)是由于多种原因引起的以远端对称性感觉障碍为主要表现的多发性周围神经病,多发生在慢性肾衰竭期或进行血液透析的患者。近年来,随着血液透析人数不断攀升,UPN已成为影响血透患者生活质量的重要因素之一。本文对UPN诊疗进展予以综述,以期为此类患者的临床诊治及相关研究提供参考。 Uremic peripheral neuropathy(UPN)is multiple peripheral neuropathy with distal symmetrical sensory disturbance as the main manifestation caused by various reasons,which mostly occurs in patients with chronic renal failure or hemodialysis.In recent years,with the increasing number of hemodialysis patients,UPN has become one of the important factors affecting the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.This paper reviews the progress in diagnosis and treatment of UPN,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and related research of such patients.
