摘要
原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)为青光眼的一个主要亚型,是因房角关闭引起急性或慢性眼压升高,伴或不伴有青光眼性视盘特征改变和视野损伤。PACG的基本病理过程是房角关闭,其与虹膜、晶状体、睫状体、脉络膜的异常均相关。随着研究的深入,发现情绪、心理应激因素与PACG的发生发展过程亦有较为紧密的联系。近年来,随着分子生物学技术在青光眼研究中的发展,许多与青光眼发病相关的基因及其在疾病进展中的作用机制被广为研究。因此,本文将从解剖机制、心理应激及基因的角度出发对PACG的发病机制进行详细阐述。
Primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG)is a major subtype of glaucoma,caused by acute or chronic elevation of intraocular pressure due to angle closure,with or without changes in glaucoma optic disc characteristics and visual field damage.Angle closure is the basic pathological process of PACG,which is related to abnormalities of iris,lens,ciliary body and choroid.With the deepening of research,it has been found that emotional and psychological stress factors are also closely related to the occurrence and development of PACG.In recent years,with the development of molecular biology techniques in the study of glaucoma,many genes related to the pathogenesis of glaucoma and their mechanisms of action in the disease progression have been discovered.Therefore,this paper will elaborate on the pathogenesis of PACG from the perspectives of anatomical mechanism,psychological stress and gene.
