The Role of ILC2 in Type 2 Inflammation in Asthma

哮喘是一种异质性疾病,2型炎症型哮喘是其最重要的一个表型。2型固有淋巴细胞(group2 innate lymphoid cells,ILC2)是一种极为重要的固有免疫细胞,近年来ILC2在2型炎症型哮喘中发挥的作用逐渐被人们认识到。ILC2可以被各种介质调控,促进或者抑制哮喘。本文根据ILC2的功能和信号转导途径,主要介绍了ILC2的特性、共刺激分子、激素、神经调节与2型炎症型哮喘的关系,并且近年来研究发现ILC2也会出现免疫记忆,这对以往的免疫反应的分类是一个挑战与思考,但还需进一步验证,这也可能是以后哮喘的药物研发的新方向。

Asthma is a heterogeneous disease,and type 2 inflammation in asthma is the most important phenotype.ILC2 is a very important innate immune cell.In recent years,the role of ILC2 in type 2 inflammation in asthma has been gradually recognized.ILC2 can be regulated by various mediators to promote or inhibit asthma.According to the function and signal transduction pathway of ILC2,this article mainly introduces the relationship between the characteristics of ILC2,costimulatory molecules,hormones,and neural regulation and type 2 inflammation in asthma,and recognizes that ILC2 will also have immune memory,which is a challenge and thought to the classification of previous immune responses,but it needs further verification,which may also be a new direction of asthma drug development in the future.
