摘要
非对比增强冠状动脉磁共振血管成像(non-contrast-enhanced coronary magnetic resonance angiography,NCE-CMRA)作为无创影像检查方法之一,具有无电离辐射、无须对比剂的优势,在心血管疾病的筛查、诊断及随访中具有重要价值。近年来诸多NCE-CMRA新技术集中涌现,使其在扫描时间及成像质量方面均取得了进步,并在心血管疾病的研究中取得了新的进展。本文主要对NCE-CMRA近年来的研究进展进行综述。
Non-contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance coronary angiography(NCE-CMRA)is one of the non-invasive imaging methods that has the advantage of being free of ionising radiation and requiring no contrast agents,and is of great value in the screening,diagnosis and follow-up of cardiovascular disease.Many new NCE-CMRA techniques have emerged in recent years,leading to advances in scan time and imaging quality,and new advances in the study of cardiovascular disease.This article reviews the recent advances in NCE-CMRA research.
