肝细胞癌的发生发展是一个多因素和多步骤的过程,早期诊断率较低,导致患者晚期时才被确诊,近年来,临床中也发现患者的发病率和死亡率逐渐增加,对人类的生命健康产生严重的威胁。目前临床诊断HCC的主要方法是化验检查和影像学,然而诊断早期肝癌和较小肝癌患者的诊断率均较低。随着非编码RNA领域的研究深入,非编码RNA得到医学界研究人员的广泛关注。相关研究发现长链非编码RNA与HCC发生和发展密切相关。本文就IncRNA在肝细胞癌中的重要作用及临床应用进行综述。

The occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a multifactorial and multi-step process.The early diagnosis rate is low,which leads to the late diagnosis of patients.In recent years,it has also been found in clinical practice that the incidence rate and mortality of HCC patients have gradually increased,posing a serious threat to human life and health.At present,the main methods of clinical diagnosis of HCC are laboratory examination and imaging,yet the diagnostic rate for early liver cancer and smaller liver cancer patients is relatively low.Non-coding RNA has received extensive attention from medical researchers with the deepening of research in this field.Related research has found that long chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC.This article thus reviews the important role and clinical application of IncRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma.
