摘要
城市是一个有机生命体,由居住社区、城市组团等交织而成。从最早的居住区到完整社区,从“住有所居”到“房住不炒”,中国经历了住宅产业化的大规模建设阶段到存量提质更新阶段。总结目前社区建设的经验与不足,有助于探索出未来社区建设发展的方向和对策,促进社区建设好、服务好、管理好,从而达到优化调整城市结构、完善城市功能、激发城市活力,从根本上解决“城市病”问题,推动城市转型发展的城市更新目标。
The city is a vibrant organism,intricately woven together by residential communities and urban clusters.From the early days of residential areas to the creation of complete communities,China has undergone a significant transformation in the housing sector,transitioning from the notion of "adequate housing for all" to "housing for living,not for speculation." This evolution has seen the country progress from large-scale housing industrialization to the stage of improving the quality of existing stock.By summarizing the experiences and shortcomings of current community construction,we can explore the future direction and strategies for community construction.This will help promote the construction,service,and management of communities,ultimately optimizing and adjusting urban structures,enhancing urban functionality,igniting urban vitality.Thus we can fundamentally address the "urban ills" problem,and promote the urban transformation and development goals through urban renewal.
