采用弱连接的不对称连体高层办公楼结构设计探究

摘要 不对称连体结构由于其两栋塔楼体型、平面布置、刚度和层数均存在较大差异,主体结构以及两端支座形式的选型,是设计过程中的要点。为此,以泰山石化总部基地1#、2#楼不对称连体结构为例,对连接体以及支座型式进行比较,分析各水平作用工况下连接体运动状态,梳理结构设计思路并逐步计算复核。对牛腿及支座在罕遇地震作用计算满足的情况下,增设防碰撞及防坠落措施,以保证连接体安全。针对项目的超限情况及薄弱部位,采取对应措施,采用YJK、PMSAP、SAUSAGE不同设计软件,对整体结构进行计算对比,以满足各自性能目标要求。 Due to significant differences in the shape,layout,stiffness,and number of floors between the two towers of an asymmetric connected structure,the selection of the main structure and the form of supports at both ends is a key point in the design process.This paper takes the asymmetric connected structure of 1# and 2# buildings of Taishan Petrochemical Headquarters Base as an example,compares the types of connectors and bearings,analyzes the movement state of connectors under various horizontal working conditions,combs the structural design ideas,and calculates and rechecks gradually.For corbels and supports under the condition that the calculation of rare earthquake action is satisfied,anti-collision and anti-fall measures shall be added to ensure the safety of the structural connector.In view of the out-of-codes situation and weak parts of the project,corresponding measures are taken,and different design software such as YJK,PMSAP,and SAUSAGE are used to calculate and compare the overall structure to meet the requirements of their respective objectives of seismic performance.
