肥胖是全球常见的慢性病之一,而勃起功能障碍作为经常被忽视的肥胖的并发症之一,其患病率高并呈上升趋势,严重影响患者生活质量、婚姻稳定及家庭和谐。现对肥胖伴勃起功能障碍的临床及基础研究、发病机制及治疗等方面进行综述,旨在提高全民对肥胖伴勃起功能障碍的认识,为肥胖伴勃起功能障碍患者的治疗提供参考,以期提高患者生活质量。

Obesity is one of the common chronic diseases worldwide,and the prevalence of erectile dysfunction,one of the complications of obesity which is often neglected,is high and on the rise.It seriously affects patients′quality of life,marital stability and family harmony.The article reviews the clinical and basic research on obesity with erectile dysfunction,pathogenesis and treatment.The aim is to raise the awareness of obesity with erectile dysfunction and provide reference for the treatment of patients with obesity with erectile dysfunction,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
