临床血清学检测指标与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并高血压关系研究

摘要 目的检测冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)合并高血压患者血清学指标,分析检测结果与高血压分级之间的关系,并分析其所具有的临床价值。方法选用2020年10月至2022年10月于祁阳县人民医院接受治疗的冠心病240例,按照血压水平分成正常血压组、冠心病合并高血压组,测量血压后,抽取静脉血检测血常规、凝血功能、肝功能、肾功能。结果血清中球蛋白、血清钙、游离钙在冠心病合并高血压组中升高(P<0.05),血清中球蛋白、血小板×中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞、血小板/淋巴细胞在男性冠心病合并高血压组中升高(P<0.05),血清中丙氨酸转氨酶/天冬氨酸转氨酶、血清钙在女性冠心病合并高血压组中升高(P<0.05)。结论血清学指标的增长与冠心病合并高血压存在一定关联。 【Objective】To test the serological index of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and hypertension,analyze the relationship between the test results and hypertension grade,and analyze its clinical value.【Methods】A total of 240 cases of coronary heart disease treated in Qiyang County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected,which were divided into blood pressure group with normal blood pressure and coronary heart disease with hypertension group according to the blood pressure level.After measuring blood pressure,venous blood was drawn to detect blood routine,coagulation function,liver function and kidney function.【Results】The serum globulin,serum calcium,free calcium increased in coronary heart disease with hypertension group(P<0.05),serum globulin,platelet×neutrophils/lymphocytes,platelets/lymphocytes increased in male coronary heart disease with hypertension(P<0.05),serum alanine transaminase/aminate transaminase,serum calcium increased in female coronary heart disease with hypertension(P<0.05).【Conclusion】There is a positive correlation between the increase of serological index and coronary heart disease with hypertension.
