超声引导下热消融治疗甲状腺微小乳头状癌的应用现状与研究进展

摘要 近年来,由于影像学技术的飞速发展,甲状腺结节的检出率得以不断提升,超声引导下热消融技术已成为一种深受欢迎的良性甲状腺结节微创疗法,国内外很多学者都对此发表了自己的见解。尽管热消融在治疗甲状腺良性结节方面已经有很多的循证医学证据和临床经验,但在治疗甲状腺恶性肿瘤方面仍然存在很多争议,但是近年来也发布了一些关于热消融治疗甲状腺微小乳头状癌的专家共识,本文中将总结热消融治疗甲状腺微小乳头状癌目前的临床实践和最新的研究成果,以期为该技术的推广提供参考。 In the last few years,with recent technological advancements in imaging,the detection rate of thyroid nodules has been continuously improved.Ultrasound-guided thermal ablation has become a very popular technique for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules,and many scholars at home and abroad have expressed their opinions on this.Although there has been a lot of evidence-based medical evidence and clinical experience in the application of thermal ablation in the treatment of thyroid benign nodules,there are still many controversies regarding the treatment of thyroid malignant tumors.However,in recent years,some research progresses and experts consensus on thermal ablation in the treatment of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma have been published.This paper will summarize the current clinical practice and the latest research results of thermal ablation for the treatment of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,in order to provide references for the promotion of this technology.
