高压氧在急性一氧化碳中毒救治中的应用

摘要 目的研讨高压氧在急性一氧化碳中毒(AcMP)救治中的应用。方法选取2020年5月~2022年10月我院急诊救治的AcMP患者68例。随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加高压氧治疗。全部患者均治疗10天,比较两组治疗前后的动脉血气指标[血氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]、意识复常时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率。结果治疗后:观察组PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组意识复常时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.88%),对照组(23.53%),差异(P<0.05)。结论高压氧能够辅助改善AcMP患者的动脉血气,减少并发症发生,有利于患者病情恢复。 Objective:To study the application of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poi-soning(AcMP).Methods:68 patients with AcMP treated in emergency department from May 2020 to October 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received additional hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 10 days,and arterial blood gas parameters[partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))],time to consciousness recovery,length of hospital stay,and incidence of complications were compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment:PaO_(2) in the observation group was higher and PaCO_(2) was lower than in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the time of consciousness restoration and hospital stay in the observation group were short-er(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications in the observation group(5.88%)was less than that in the control group(23.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen can assist in improving arterial blood gases in AcMP patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote recovery of the patients'condition.
