摘要
基层教学组织在地方应用型本科高校教学科研治理过程中承担着重要责任。文章通过梳理基层教学组织发展历史,从地方应用型本科高校基层教学组织现状入手,分析其当前仍然存在职能定位模糊、制度规范不健全、运行缺乏内驱力、组织成员离散性大等问题,并据此提出厘清权力责任、完善制度建设、激发内生动力、增强组织凝聚力等举措,以期为促进地方应用型本科高校基层教学组织可持续发展建设提供借鉴意义。
Basic teaching organizations bear important responsibilities in the process of teaching and research ma-nagement in local application-oriented undergraduate universities.By analyzing the development history of basic teaching organizations and starting from its current situation in local application-oriented undergraduate universities,this paper analyzes the problems that still exist,such as vague functional positioning,imperfect system norms,lack of internal drive in operation,and large dispersion of organization members,and proposes measures to clarify power and responsibility,improve system construction,stimulate endogenous impetus,and enhance organizational cohesion.It is then expected to provide reference for promoting the construction of sustainable development of basic teaching organizations in local application-oriented undergraduate universities.
