摘要
本文以酒钢焦化厂干熄焦环境除尘自动控制系统为背景,详细介绍了基于HollySys MACS-K系列产品在焦化厂干熄焦环境除尘自动除尘系统中应用,通过硬件选型配置、工业网络设计、软件设计等工作,实现了自动除尘的要求。通过现场实际应用,取得良好控制效果。
The paper takes the automatic control system for dust removal in the dry quenching environment of JISCO as the background,and introduces in detail the application of HollySys MACS-K series products in the automatic dust removal system for dry quenching environment in the coking plant.Through hardware selection and configuration,industrial network design,software design and other work,the requirements for automatic dust removal have been achieved,and good control effects have been achieved through on-site practical applications.
