摘要
茶食兼用型菊花广泛应用于茶饮、药物、食品、景观等领域,在促进乡村产业提质增效方面发挥着重要作用。为进一步提高茶食兼用型菊花的产量和品质,加强其内在功效的研究,提升其生产加工效率,对茶食兼用型菊花的有效成分种类、药理作用以及临床应用进行了分析,探讨了杂交育种、芽变选种、组织培养、诱变育种、分子育种等选育方法,阐述了茶食兼用型菊花的繁殖方法和大田栽培技术,对其产后加工及产品开发技术进行了系统研究,并在此基础上提出了下一步工作建议,以期为茶食兼用型菊花产业健康发展提供理论和技术支撑。
Chrysanthemum for food and tea was widely used in tea,medicine,food,landscape and other fields,and played an important role in promoting the quality and efficiency of rural industries.In order to further improve the yield and quality of the chrysanthemum,strengthen the research on its internal efficacy,and improve its production and processing efficiency,this paper analyzed the effective components,pharmacological effects and clinical application of chrysanthemum for food and tea.The breeding methods such as cross breeding,bud mutation selection,tissue culture,mutagenesis breeding and molecular breeding were discussed.The propagation methods and field cultivation techniques of chrysanthemum for food and tea were expounded.The post-production processing and product development technology were systematically studied.On this basis,the future work suggestions were put forward in order to provide theoretical and technical support for the healthy development of chrysanthemum industry for food and tea.
