灵龟八法针灸辅助西药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效

Efficacy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Combined withWestern Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis and the Influence on Gastric Function and Cytokiness

目的 探究灵龟八法针灸辅助西药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)的效果。方法 选取本院2022年1月~2023年1月收治的CSG患者100例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组接受西药治疗,观察组在对照的基础上接受灵龟八法针灸治疗。比较两组疗效、胃功能及淋巴细胞因子情况。结果 观察组总有效率96.00%,对照组82.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃泌素-17(G-17)水平、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、PGⅠ/PGⅡ、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用灵龟八法针灸辅助西药治疗CSG疗效确切,可改善患者胃功能指标及淋巴细胞因子水平,减少炎性反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion with eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG).Methods:Totally,100 cases of CSG patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,50 cases each.The control group received Western medicine treatment,and the observation group then received eight methods of intelligent turtle treatment based on control.The efficacy,gastric function,and cytokines were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group and 82.00%in the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen I(PG I),pepsinogen II(PG II),PG I/PG II,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion with eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of CSG,which can significantly improve gastric function indicators and cytokines,and reduce inflammatory reactions.
