摘要
随着全球经济环境的变化,中国经济发展进入新常态。在新常态下,企业面临着竞争加剧、成本压力增大以及环保和社会责任的重要性增加等新挑战。为了应对这些挑战,石油化工企业需要不断推进管理的创新与实践,其中精细化管理成为企业提升竞争力的关键因素之一。文章分析了新常态下推进企业精细化管理创新与实践的关键要素,并探索出一条企业管理水平提升之道。
With the changes in the global economic environment,China’s economic development has entered a new normal.In the new normal,companies face new challenges such as increased competition,increased cost pressures,and the increased importance of environmental protection and social responsibility.In order to cope with these challenges,petrochemical enterprises need to continuously promote management innovation and practice,among which fine management has become one of the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper analyzes the key factors to promote the innovation and practice of enterprise fine management under the new normal,and explores a way to improve the level of enterprise management.
