摘要
固有频率是评价离心泵稳定性的重要因素之一,文章研究了单级端吸卧式泵模态分析和试验测试方法,建立了卧式泵的有限元模型,考虑与测试状态相同的边界条件进行仿真分析,同时通过锤击法进行试验测试,得到了卧式泵的固有频率和振型。结果表明:水平方向固有频率仿真与试验误差最大为5.1%,竖直方向固有频率仿真与试验误差最大为16.9%,卧式泵模态振型仿真与试验结果一致,仿真分析方法可用于指导离心泵模态性能设计优化。
Natural frequency is one of the important factors to evaluate the stability of centrifugal pump.The modal analysis and test method of single-stage end-suction horizontal pump are studied in this paper.The finite element model of horizontal pump is established,and the natural frequency and vibration mode of horizontal pump are obtained by taking into account the same boundary conditions as the test state.The results show that the maximum error of the horizontal natural frequency simulation and test is 5.1%,and the maximum error of the vertical natural frequency simulation and test is 16.9%.The simulation and test results of the horizontal pump are consistent.The simulation analysis method can be used to guide the design and optimization of the centrifugal pump modal performance.
