热水解对初沉污泥高温厌氧消化产气性能的影响研究

摘要 厌氧消化是目前城市污水处理厂处理污泥的主要方式,传统污泥厌氧消化有机物转化率和产气性能都较低,采用热水解结合高温厌氧消化进行小试试验,考察热水解工艺对初沉污泥高温厌氧消化产气性能的影响。试验结果表明,热水解后初沉污泥最大粒径、平均粒径和中值粒径分别是处理前的0.49倍、0.55倍和0.51倍,污泥中可以被厌氧微生物分解的有机物含量明显提升,COD溶出率达到27.1%。热水解处理之后的初沉污泥相较于处理之前单位VS总产气量提高了21.93%,有机物转化率提高了4.93%,热水解工艺有效提高了初沉污泥高温厌氧消化的产气性能。 At present,anaerobic digestion is the main way to treat sludge in municipal sewage treatment plants,and the traditional anaerobic digestion of sludge has low organic conversion and gas production performance.A pilot test was conducted using thermal hydrolysis combined with high temperature anaerobic digestion to investigate the influence of thermal hydrolysis process on the high temperature anaerobic digestion gas production performance of primary sludge.The test results show that the maximum particle size,average particle size and median particle size of the initial sludge after thermal hydrolysis are 0.49 times,0.55 times and 0.51 times,respectively,the content of organic matter in the sludge that can be decomposed by anaerobic microorganisms is significantly increased,and the COD dissolution rate reaches 27.1%.Compared with that before the treatment,the total gas production per unit VS of the initial sludge was increased by 21.93%,and the conversion rate of organic matter was increased by 4.93%.The thermal hydrolysis process effectively improved the gas production performance of the initial sludge during high temperature anaerobic digestion.
