沿空留巷围岩变形特征及其稳定性控制研究

摘要 以某矿工作面沿空留巷掘进地质条件为对象,采用FLAC 3D软件模拟采空区围岩破坏情况,包括掘进期、一次采动和留巷稳定期及二次采动影响期,发现围岩变形量均较大。因此,为有效维持围岩稳定,安全缺口采用超前支护顶板,非采煤帮采取补打锚索加强支护,充填体采取钢筋网、钢筋梯子梁、对拉锚杆加强支护,顶板应力应用浅孔爆破切顶卸压技术加以优化。 Taking the geological conditions of excavation along the goaf in a certain mining face as the object,FLAC 3D software was used to simulate the damage of the surrounding rock in the goaf,including the excavation period,primary mining,stable excavation period,and secondary mining impact period.It was found that the deformation of the surrounding rock was relatively large.Therefore,in order to effectively control the stability of the surrounding rock,advanced support for the roof is adopted for the safety gap,additional anchor cables are used to strengthen the support for non mining slopes,and steel mesh,steel ladder beams,and tension anchor rods are used to strengthen the support for the filling body.The stress on the roof is optimized using shallow hole blasting and top cutting pressure relief technology.
