摘要
针对目前分时电价的电价区间划分不精准、对峰谷时段负荷曲线的引导不稳定的情况,提出一种新型混合电价机制。该电价机制综合考虑了负荷率和风光利用率,既保证了售电微网的经济利润,又兼顾了负荷侧的需求响应,实现了更精确的削峰填谷。同时为了有效降低经济运行成本,实现微网经济性和低碳性协同运行,将改进的鲸鱼算法和社交网络算法结合,提出一种新型混合智能鲸鱼-社交网络算法(WOA-SNS)来解决场景生成与削减的风光微网调度。仿真对比数据证明了所提算法在多场景风光下的合理性和有效性。
The division of electricity price intervals for the current prevailing time-dependent electricity price is not precise enough,and the guidance of load curves during peak and valley periods is not stable enough.Therefore,a new hybrid electricity pricing mechanism is proposed.The electricity pricing mechanism comprehensively considers load rate and utilization rate of wind and solar energy,ensures economic profit of the microgrid electricity selling,and takes into account the demand response on the load side,making more accurate peak shaving and valley filling.In order to effectively reduce economic operating costs and achieve coordinated operation of microgrid economy and low-carbon,a new hybrid intelligent whale social network algorithm(WOA-SNS) is proposed by combining modified whale algorithm and social network algorithm to solve the scheduling of wind-solar microgrid for scene generation and reduction.The proposed algorithm was proved by comparative simulation reasonable and effective in multiple scenarios of wind-solar integration.
