摘要
阐述了红外热成像的基本原理、红外检测的基本方法和判断依据,对红外检测在核电站高压电气设备中的应用情况进行了概述。通过对发电机、主变压器、高压电机等设备的异常发热缺陷进行红外图谱分析,判断缺陷性质和严重程度,分析原因,并制定相应的处理措施,最终解决了设备异常发热的问题。同时对红外成像工作过程中的问题进行了探讨和总结,并提出了相应的建议。
This paper describes basic principle,major methods and judgments of infrared thermal imaging,and summarizes the application of infrared detection in high voltage electrical equipment of nuclear power plant.By using infrared spectrum analysis of the defects of abnormal heating of generators,main transformers and high voltage motors,types and severities of defects can be determined to find out root cause and formulate corresponding countermeasures,thereby facilitating solution of abnormal heating.Moreover,the problems in the process of infrared imaging are discussed and summarized,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
