盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of intravenous drip of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia

目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月山东省汶上县人民医院收治的200例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各100例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床效果、症状改善时间与住院时间、肺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音改善时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的应用效果较好,可改善患儿症状与肺功能,且不会增加不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravenous drip of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 200 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Wenshang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous drip of Ambroxiol Hydrochloride intravenous drip,and the study group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,symptom improvement time and hospital stay time,lung function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of clinical effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,asthma,lung rales and hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of intravenous drip of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia is better,which can improve the symptoms and lung function of children without increasing the adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
