循证护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理质量、发育情况及并发症的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on nursing quality,developmental state and complications of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

目的探讨循证护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理质量、发育情况及并发症的影响。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2022年6月至2023年5月收治的130例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,每组各65例。参照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用循证护理干预,比较两组发育情况(MDI、PDI)、护理质量及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,试验组MDI、PDI评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理质量各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预可有效改善缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿的智力及运动发育状态,提高护理质量,减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on nursing quality,developmental state and complications of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 130 newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the newborns were divided into the reference group and the experimental group using the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The developmental state(MDI,PDI),nursing quality and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of MDI and PDI in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidencebased nursing intervention can effectively improve the intelligence and motor development of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,improve the quality of nursing and reduce the occurrence of complications.
