整体护理干预在重度脑瘫患儿静脉输液中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic nursing intervention in intravenous infusion of children with severe cerebral palsy

目的 探讨整体护理干预在重度脑瘫患儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年7月济南市儿童福利院卫生所收治的60例重度脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理干预,比较两组不良事件发生情况、护理满意度及一次性穿刺成功率。结果 观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组服务效率、责任心、操作技能、环境管理、安全管理评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 整体护理干预可有效提高重度脑瘫患儿静脉输液的一次性穿刺成功率和满意度,降低不良事件总发生率,保障患儿静脉输液的安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in intravenous infusion of children with severe cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 60 children with severe cerebral palsy admitted to the Health Center of Jinan Children's Welfare Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(30 cases) and the observation group(30 cases) using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received holistic nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction and success rate of one-time puncture were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of service efficiency,sense of responsibility,operational skills,environmental management and safety management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve success rate of onetime puncture and satisfaction of intravenous infusion of children with severe cerebral palsy,reduce the incidence of adverse events and ensure the safety of infusion in children.
