摘要
在乡村振兴背景下,农业农村现代化发展需要应用创新型人才赋能新产业、新业态。针对新农科应用创新型研究生人才培养存在的问题,本文立足于国家、社会和个人不同需求层次,以提升研究生的实践能力、创新意识、创业技能为目标,通过打通教师科研项目、研究生创新项目、创业竞赛项目之间的壁垒,搭建企业基地、产业体系和重点实验室多维育人平台,以期提高研究生教学质量、学习质量、职业发展质量,为完善新农科应用创新型研究生的长效与短效平衡培养机制提供参考。
In the background of rural revitalization,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas requires the talents with application and innovation capabilities to empower new models and formats.In response to the problems in cultivating innovative graduate students in the application of new agricultural sciences,this paper focused on different levels of national,social and individual needs,with the goal of improving graduate students'practical ability,innovation awareness and entrepreneurial skills,by breaking down barriers among teacher research projects,graduate student innovation projects and entrepreneurial competition projects,this paper built a multi-dimensional education platform for enterprise bases,industrial systems and key laboratories,so as to improve the quality of graduate teaching,learning and career development,and provide references for improving the long-term and short-term balance training mechanism for innovative graduate students in the application of new agricultural sciences.
