乡村振兴背景下广西农业和旅游业融合度测算分析

Research on the Integration Degree of Agriculture and Tourism inGuangxi under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农业和旅游业融合发展是推动乡村振兴的重要途径,加快推进广西农业和旅游业深度融合,对实现乡村振兴战略目标,实现农业、旅游业和乡村经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。文中基于2017~2021年广西农业和旅游业发展相关数据,采用熵值法、构建耦合协调度模型测算了实施乡村振兴战略以来,广西农业和旅游业融合的耦合度和协调性。结果表明,广西农业综合评价指数总体呈上升趋势,旅游业综合评价指数受疫情影响波动较大,农业与旅游业综合评价指数与旅游业综合评价指数同步,但波动较小,均有上升趋势;广西农业和旅游业耦合度较高,虽然在发展过程中有过波动,但整体呈上升趋势,已由初级协调重回中级协调。建议从强化政策扶持、优化资源利用、创新旅游产业、强化人才支撑几个方面着手发力,促进农业和旅游业融合发展。

The integrated development of agriculture and tourism is a crucial approach to drive rural revitalization.Accelerating the profound integration of agriculture and tourism in Guangxi holds significant importance for achieving the strategic goals of rural revitalization and ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture,tourism,and rural economies.This paper,based on relevant data from the period 2017~2021 concerning the development of agriculture and tourism in Guangxi,employs the entropy method and constructs a coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling degree and coordination of the integration of agriculture and tourism since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The study reveals that the coupling degree between agriculture and tourism in Guangxi is relatively high,but the coupling coordination is still at an intermediate level.To enhance this coordination,efforts should focus on reinforcing policy support,improving resource utilization efficiency,innovating the development of the tourism industry,and fostering mutual promotion between agriculture and tourism to increase income.
