富硒有机肥在玉米上的应用效果初探

摘要 硒是人体必需的微量元素,已被医学证实具有多种对人体有益的生物学功能。玉米是重要的粮食和饲料作物,利用玉米实现硒的富集,为动物和人体补硒是一种安全有效的途径。试验通过叶面喷施富硒有机肥,探讨硒肥对玉米农艺性状、产量相关性状、产量和玉米籽粒硒及其他微量元素的影响。试验结果表明,喷施富硒有机肥对株高、穗粗、茎粗等农艺性状影响不显著,但可以显著降低玉米秃尖、提高玉米的粒数和粒重;随着喷施次数的增加,产量呈正相关显著性增长,增产范围在10.33%~25.17%;喷施富硒有机肥可显著提高玉米籽粒中Mo、Ca、Fe、Mn含量,喷施2次和3次玉米籽粒硒含量分别为234.6μg/kg、323.9μg/kg,可以生产出富硒玉米。 Selenium is an essential trace element for human body,which has been proved by medical science to have a variety of beneficial biological functions.Corn is an important food and feed crop.It is a safe and effective way to enrich selenium by corn and supplement selenium for animals and human body.The effects of selenium fertilizer on agronomic characters,yield-related characters,yield and grain selenium and other trace elements of maize were studied by spraying selenium fertilizer on leaf surface.The results showed that spraying Selenium-enriched organic fertilizer had no significant effect on plant height,ear diameter,stem diameter and other agronomic characters,but it could significantly reduce the bald point of maize and increase the number and weight of maize grains.With the increase of spraying times,there was a positive correlation between the yield and the increase range of 10.33%~25.17%.Selenium-enriched organic fertilizer spraying could significantly increase the contents of Mo,Ca,Fe and Mn in corn grains.The selenium content of corn grains was 234.6μg/kg and 323.9μg/kg,respectively,when applied twice and three times,Selenium-enriched corn could be produced.
