小型智能特种工程勘察平台的研制与应用

摘要 随着全国范围的地质调查和治理的推进,对高效的国产化地质取样设备的需求与日俱增。结合我国科学技术研究发展水平,通过融合智能化、网络化技术,中地装(北京)科学技术研究院有限公司开发了面向复杂地质环境、复杂地层的特殊取心技术与智能化关键技术,并研制了小型智能特种工程勘察平台钻机。该钻机采用模块化、轻量化、电液传动控制、全液压动力头、长桅杆等技术,是具备模块化、小型化、快运移、高转速、长行程的小型工程地质勘察钻探设备。同时,通过融合传感器技术、局域网技术构建信息数据实时监测平台,对不同地区、不同地域的勘察数据进行收集、记录和分析,并在不断完善不同地层钻进参数后能够进行远程智能化控制施工。 With the promotion of nationwide geological surveys and governance,the demand for efficient domestically produced geological sampling equipment is increasing day by day.Based on the level of scientific and technological research&development in China,China Geological Equipment Research Institute Co.,Ltd.has developed special coring technology and intelligent key technologies for complex geological environments and strata,as well as a small intelligent platform drill for special engineering survey by integrating intelligent and networked technologies.This drill manufactured with modular lightweight,electro-hydraulic transmission control,full hydraulic power head,long mast and other technologies is a small engineering geological drilling equipment with modularization,miniaturization,fast movement,high speed and long stroke.At the same time,a real-time monitoring platform for information data is built through the integration of sensor technology and local area network technology,which collects,records and analyzes the survey data in different regions and sites,and to realize remote intelligent control construction after continuously improving drilling parameters in different formations.
