城市埋地再生水钢管锈蚀原因分析与防腐技术研究

摘要 针对城市埋地再生水钢管锈蚀导致管道泄漏事故的问题,分析城市埋地再生水钢管锈蚀原因,并提出钢管外壁与内壁共同防腐技术:使用新型PVC抗腐蚀管材,防止管道外壁锈蚀;涂覆城市埋地再生水钢管防腐保护层,防止管道内壁锈蚀。通过实例分析,验证了该技术的防腐性能良好,能够应用于实际工程中。 In order to solve the problem of pipe leakage caused by corrosion of urban buried reclaimed water pipe,the corrosion causes of urban buried reclaimed water pipe were analyzed,and the anti-corrosion technology of outer wall and inner wall of the pipe was put forward.That is,using PVC corrosion resistant pipe to prevent corrosion of the outer wall of the pipe;coating the city buried recycled water steel pipe anti-corrosion protection layer to prevent corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline.It is proved that the technology has better anti-corrosion performance and can be applied in real life.
