针对绿色智能建筑在工程项目设计过程中的一系列的应用难点,介绍了BIM技术在绿色智能建筑建设前期、中期及后期的应用,包括在工程整体规划设计、节能计算、工程量及资源统筹、深化设计等方面的应用要点及优势,旨在解决BIM技术在绿色智能建筑设计中应用的实际问题,实现BIM技术的推广。

Aiming at a series of application difficulties in the design process of green intelligent building engineering,this paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the early,middle and later stages of green intelligent building construction,including the application points and advantages in the overall planning and design of the project,energy saving calculation,engineering quantity and resource coordination,and deepening design.It aims to solve the practical problems of the application of BIM technology in green intelligent building design,and realize the promotion ofBIM technology.
