高速公路养护专项施工新材料新工艺的应用

Application of New Materials and Processes in Special Construction of Expressway Maintenance

研究了高速公路养护专项施工新材料、新工艺的应用,分析了扩张网、沥青改性剂、APR还原再生剂、钢纤维增强混凝土、聚合物修补材料等典型新材料的应用,并针对沥青再生工艺、微表处工艺、雾封层工艺、沥青温拌工艺进行了介绍,强调全面掌握新材料、新工艺的特点,在面对各种养护工作时合理运用,能够提高养护施工质量和效率。

This paper studies the application of new materials and technologies in special construction of expressway maintenance,analyzes the application oftypical new materials such as expansion mesh,asphalt modifier,APR reduction and regenerant,steel fiber reinforced concrete and polymer repair materials,and introduces the asphalt regeneration process,micro-surface process,fog sealing layer process and asphalt warm mixing process.It is emphasized that comprehensively mastering the characteristics of new materials and new processes and using them reasonably in the face ofvarious maintenance work can improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance construction.
