从“中国历代绘画大系”看中华文明的突出特性

Viewing the Outstanding Features of the Chinese Civilization from the"Comprehensive Collection of Ancient Chinese Paintings"

“中国历代绘画大系”是一项规模浩大、纵贯历史、横跨中外的国家级重大文化工程,项目组历时17年编纂出版60卷226册,以大量珍稀图像文献呈现中华千年文脉与人文情怀,实现了中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的重大突破。本文从“中国历代绘画大系”的历史文脉、创新传承、民族交融、中外交流、文物回归等多个维度出发,阐释其承载的中华文明的5个突出特性,以期透过中国古代绘画,溯源中华文明史迹,提炼展示中华文明的精神标识和文化精髓。

The "Comprehensive Collection of Ancient Chinese Paintings",which has taken 17 years to compile and publish 226 books in 60 volumes,is a large-scale national major cultural project that covers ancient and modern times and involves Chinese and foreign artworks.It presents the Chinese culture and humanistic care in the past thousands of years with a large number of rare images and documents,and has made major breakthroughs in the creative transformation and innovative development of the fine traditional Chinese culture.This article elaborates on five outstanding features of the Chinese civilization shown by the Collection from the following perspectives:history,inheritance and innovation,national integration,exchanges between Chinese and foreign countries and the return of cultural relics,so as to use ancient Chinese paintings to trace the history of the Chinese civilization and summarize and demonstrate the spiritual signs and cultural essence of the Chinese civilization.
