一种成像定位与速度补偿系统

摘要 实现基于TMS320F28335控制器的成像定位与速度补偿系统。通过绘制包含F28335最小系统、ADC采集、位置采集、电机控制等模块,完成控制板原理图与PCB。通过嵌入式软件编程实现接收上位机控制指令,根据当前传感器数值和PID与SVPWM等算法解算,控制两个永磁同步电机实现双轴空间定位与双轴速度补偿功能。经过实验与实际应用验证:该系统能够快速解析与响应上位机所发出的定位与补偿请求,且定位与补偿精度高。适合车载或航拍等需要大角度成像控制范围与需要速度补偿稳像成像的使用场景。 The imaging positioning and velocity compensation system based on TMS320F28335 controller is realized.The schematic diagram and PCB of the control board are completed by drawing modules including F28335 minimum system,ADC acquisition,position acquisition and motor control.It receives the upper computer control instructions through embedded software programming,solves according to the current sensor value and PID and SVPWM algorithms,controls two permanent magnet synchronous motors to realize the functions of dual axis spatial positioning and dual axis speed compensation.Experiments and practical applications show that the system can quickly analyze and respond to the positioning and compensation requests sent by the host computer,and the positioning and compensation accuracy is high.It is suitable for vehicle or aerial photography,which requires large angle imaging control range and speed compensation image stabilization imaging.
