机械设备电气故障自动检测系统优化设计

摘要 当前系统不能有效消除干扰信号,数据采集精度低,影响机械设备电气故障诊断,为此设计一种新的机械设备电气故障自动检测系统。采集电气故障检测数据,提取电气故障特征,根据特征判断机械设备的电气故障原因,计算纠正参数完善电气故障检测结果,线性处理电压检测曲线,完成机械设备电气故障检测。测试结果验证,所提系统能够有效消除干扰信号,保证整体功能运行稳定,相对于对比系统,响应时间更短,数据采集精度得到明显改善。 The current system can not effectively eliminate interference signals,and the data acquisition accuracy is low,which affects the electrical fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.In order to design a new automatic detection system for electrical fault of mechanical equipment.It collects the electrical fault detection data,extracts the electrical fault characteristics,judges the electrical fault causes of mechanical equipment according to the characteristics,calculates and corrects parameters,improves the electrical fault detection results,linearly processes the voltage detection curve,and also completes the electrical fault detection of mechanical equipment.The test results show that the system can effectively eliminate interference signals and ensure the stability of the overall function.Compared with the comparison system,the response time is shorter and the data acquisition accuracy is significantly improved.
