摘要 传统的船闸金属结构二维设计具有绘图算量工作量大、设计周期长、专业协同局限、复杂结构绘图识图难等问题,运用BIM技术可统一金属结构设计路线,基于标准模板完成BIM模型创建、有限元计算、工程图纸导出等,实现金属结构BIM正向设计。BIM技术具有模块化设计、协同设计、参数化设计及可视化设计等特性,利用其开展船闸金属结构设计可缩短设计周期,推进产品标准化、系列化进程;促进专业间协作;实现参数的驱动修改与自动更新;精准表达、传递设计意图。实践表明,与传统的二维设计模式相比,运用BIM技术进行船闸金属结构设计能有效提升设计效率与质量,实现信息的高效传递与集成管理,优势显著。 Traditional 2D design of ship lock metal structure has problems such as large drawing calculation workload,long design cycle,limited professional collaboration,and difficulty in drawing and reading complex structures.BIM technology can be used to unify the design route of metal structure,complete BIM model creation,finite element calculation,engineering drawing export,etc.,based on standard templates,and realize forward design of metal structure BIM.BIM technology has the characteristics of modular design,collaborative design,parametric design and visual design,and using it to carry out the metal structure design of ship lock can shorten the design cycle,promote the process of product standardization and serialization,promote inter-professional collaboration,realize the driving modification and automatic update of parameters,and accurately express and convey design intent.Practice shows that compared with the traditional 2D design mode,the use of BIM technology for ship lock metal structure design can effectively improve the design efficiency and quality,and realize the efficient transmission and integrated management of information,which has significant advantages.
