人类命运共同体引领“一带一路”话语发展

The Community with a Shared Future for Mankind Leads the Discourse Development of the“Belt and Road”

中国倡导的“一带一路”经过十余年发展,内涵和范围不断升级,话语不断丰富。人类命运共同体价值通过“五通”共建框架,从政治、经济、文化三大维度全方面促进了“一带一路”共建国家和地区可持续发展。基于合作基础与合作现状,共建国家与地区建立各自的话语立场、形成不同的语言内容进行表达沟通,这是“一带一路”话语的深层次影响机制。未来应深入挖掘话语内涵、设计针对性表达,澄清不当言论,持续从政治、经济、文化方面深化“一带一路”合作伙伴关系,用人类命运共同体理念推动“一带一路”共建。

After more than ten years of development,the“Belt and Road”advocated by China has continuously upgraded its connotation and scope and enriched its discourse.The value of a community with a shared future for mankind has promoted the sustainable development of countries and regions under the“Belt and Road”from the three dimensions of politics,economy and culture through the“Five-Pronged Approach”co-construction framework.Based on the cooperation basis and current situation,countries and regions jointly build their own discourse positions and form different language content for expression and communication,which is the deep influence mechanism of the“Belt and Road”discourse.In the future,we should dig deeper into the connotation of discourse,design targeted expressions,clarify inappropriate remarks,continue to deepen the“Belt and Road”partnership from the political,economic and cultural aspects,and promote the joint construction of the“Belt and Road”with the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.
