摘要
法治教育是新时代大中小学思政课的重要组成部分,大中小学法治教育内容一体化衔接是实现各学段思政课教育教学内容一体化的题中应有之意。但各学段思政课法治教育内容在一体化的过程中认识不统一、逻辑混乱等问题依旧存在,思政课系统性、整体性育人功能受到不同程度的影响。从历史、理论、实践三重逻辑中厘清新时代推动各学段思政课一体化的内在关系,在整体上把握各学段思政课法治教育内容一体化的政策流变、理论支撑、现实意义,有利于各学校优化完善思想政治工作体系,不断推动大中小学思政课法治教育内容实现内涵式高质量发展,最终完成立德树人的根本任务。
Law education is an important part of the ideological and political courses in universities and schools in the new era,and the integration of the content of law education in universities and schools is the right thing to do in order to realize the integrated development of the education and teaching content of ideological and political courses in each school section.However,in the process of the integration of the legal education content of ideological and political courses,there are still problems such as disunity of understanding and logic confusion,and the systematic and integral education function of ideological and political courses is affected by different degrees.Based on the triple logic of history,theory and practice,clarifying the inner relationship of promoting the integrated development of ideological and political courses in the new era is conducive to promoting the internal high-quality development of the content of ideological and political courses in universities and schools ultimately completing the fundamental task of morality education.
